Our in-house technical staff can draw on many years of experience working with household names in the fields of architecture, engineering and contracting, ensuring that projects progress in the most efficient, safe, and cost effective manner.
Specialist advice at the early stages of a project can be invaluable in helping the design team or developer to consider the options for cladding their building. Traditionally, design teams would approach a cladding supplier for input prior to the tendering process. One problem with this process is that it can create a bias towards the initial supplier approached and any subsequent tenders may not then be on a like-for-like basis. In addition many knowledgeable suppliers these days operate on lean lines and simply do not have the resources available for this pre-tender service.
J&P are unique in being able to provide a complete range of services; from concept design input, detail design, supply and even testing of connections and connecting components.
J&P are totally independent of any cladding and facade suppliers, thus the advice we can offer is completely impartial and does not favour any particular supplier or company. This in turn means that the tendering process provides a level playing field for all subsequently selected participants.
